The pain was very limiting, especially when doing sports or even when sitting for a long time. In fact, I already had an appointment for an injection in the sacroiliac joint given that the pain was constant, day and night. In barely a month, the change has been radical. Not only has the pain disappeared, but I've been able to get back to training completely normally after more than a year without being able to do so.
